Understand the bundle
A Solana transaction contains instructions and signatures. Its recent blockhash has a validity window. Instructions execute together: if one fails, the state changes revert, but a processed failure can still charge fees.
Check the fee balance
Fees use SOL, with a base fee and optional priority fee. Use a current estimate. The cluster guide links Solana Explorer; select the matching cluster before inspecting the recipient and result.
Read a public transaction
Observe only; no wallet or funds are needed.
- Open Solana Explorer through the cluster guide.
- Confirm its cluster and select a public transaction.
- Find its instructions, status and fee.
A status check covers the instruction bundle on that cluster.
Review every instruction and the current SOL fee.
