Baca teks asal bahasa Inggeris →Check the master before the swap
Verify a jetton's identity before interpreting a quote or transfer.
A copied name is easy to display. The expected master contract is the stronger check.
Verify the expected master
TON's payment-processing guidance requires validating that a jetton wallet belongs to the expected master. Compare the master address supplied by the project's primary materials with the explorer's record. Do not accept a token because its name, icon or incoming transfer notification resembles a known asset.
Understand the token-transfer sequence
A jetton transfer uses messages between the sender and recipient jetton wallets, with notifications where applicable. Review the amount, recipient and exact asset in the proposed operation. If a quote or message references a different master than the one you checked, stop before signing rather than assuming it is another spelling of the same token.
Create a jetton identity card
Use a project's official materials and a public explorer only.
- Record the jetton name and expected master address.
- Locate a related jetton wallet and check the master relationship.
- Write down the evidence you would need before accepting a swap quote for that asset.
Identity checks can be completed without accepting a transaction request.
Resolve the jetton identity before evaluating its price or a proposed action.
