Follow the current publisher
The official Tonkeeper site now redirects to Keeper and provides platform download links. Use those links rather than a sponsored search result. The wallet supports several chains, so selecting a familiar app is only the first check: confirm that the intended account and asset are on TON.
Create a fresh account and preserve recovery
Keeper's current guide starts with Create a new wallet. Set a PIN, privately write down the recovery phrase, give the wallet a name and finish setup. The PIN confirms local actions; the phrase restores access after device loss. For an additional fresh wallet, use the wallet-name menu, Add wallet, then New wallet. Stop before funding.
Plan an unfunded setup
Read the publisher's download and recovery pages. Installation is optional.
- Check the current wallet name and official download path.
- Locate the TON account selection and distinguish Create from Import.
- Describe your backup plan without writing a phrase, and stop if an onboarding step asks for a payment.
