Intellectual property and brand notice
Respect for original work, product identity, licensed sources and the rights of contributors.
Last updated October 5, 2026. This policy is currently provided in English.
Product identity and original work
The Book of Blocks is an Axiom Risk Group product, operated by Axiom Risk Group LLC. Rights in company-owned original material remain with Axiom Risk Group LLC; rights in separately licensed material remain with the respective holders. Original editorial content, design, artwork, software and brand identifiers are protected to the extent applicable law provides. Keep copyright and attribution notices intact. Do not impersonate the operator, present the product as your own, or republish substantial protected original material without permission or another valid legal basis.
Licenses and independent rights
This notice does not relicense software or remove rights granted by an applicable open-source, source-content or third-party license. Those licenses govern the material they cover. Public facts, ideas, methods, interfaces and lawful quotation or other legally permitted uses are not converted into exclusive rights by this notice.
Third-party brands, token logos, market data, research papers and attributed reference material belong to their respective rightsholders. Their appearance is for identification and context, not an assertion that Axiom owns them or that their owners endorse the platform. Contributors retain ownership of their original submissions; publishing rights granted for an exact project do not establish ownership of that project's chain, token, third-party assets or all historical accounts.
Permissions and commercial reuse
Request permission at info@axiomriskgroup.com before commercially repackaging protected original content or using our names or artwork in a way that suggests endorsement. Identify the exact material and intended use. Any agreed license should define its scope in writing. Merely accessing the service does not grant ownership, reseller rights or the right to remove source attribution.
Reporting infringement or impersonation
Send a rights concern to info@axiomriskgroup.com with your contact details, the work or brand concerned, its original location, the disputed URL and an explanation of your rights and the concern. Include supporting evidence and any signature or declarations required for a formal notice under applicable law. We may request clarification, review the material or restrict access as appropriate. This contact is not a representation that a registered statutory copyright agent exists.
Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. A Dev Autographs record, contributor signature, paid badge or timestamp may help document a record, but it does not by itself prove legal ownership, originality or infringement. Formal disputes and mandatory notice procedures remain subject to applicable law.
