The service and its operator

The Book of Blocks is operated by Axiom Risk Group LLC. These terms cover this website, its market and research tools, the Blocks guide and classroom, and its community workspace. Accounts and responsible use

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate information when applying for publishing or project-control rights. You must have the legal capacity and any necessary authority to enter a paid agreement. Do not impersonate a project, submit misleading evidence, upload material you lack rights to use, interfere with other accounts, bypass access controls or overload the service. Responsible research and rights permitted by law remain available.

We may restrict access or review, correct or remove submitted material where needed to investigate misuse, protect readers or comply with applicable law. Payment does not purchase an editorial opinion, an investment recommendation or an automatic verification badge.

Your writing and evidence

You retain your rights in your original inputs, drafts and submissions. By submitting material, you grant the permissions necessary to store, process and review it and, if you request and obtain publication, to display it and maintain its published versions. This permission does not transfer ownership of your project or your original work to us.

Private drafts and saved classrooms are distinct from publicly approved stories and project profiles. Do not submit passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, confidential third-party material or personal information you lack permission to share. You remain responsible for your claims, sources and lawful use of submitted images and branding.

Paid publishing and membership

Paid services are available only when checkout is enabled and an eligible account can obtain an open order. Review the current community pricing, exact project identity, service, amount, network, paying wallet, receiving wallet, memo and expiry before approving any transfer. Native USDC on Solana mainnet is the supported payment asset. Network fees and any separate wallet, on-ramp or payment-provider charges are additional and should be checked before payment.

Memberships are manually renewed prepaid terms. This application does not request an automatic wallet debit. A payment alone does not grant publishing leadership, branding control or a badge. Project leadership and tier evidence remain subject to review. The advertised full refund for a rejected paid application remains part of that purchase; the account records its status and confirmed transfer receipt. Approved lifetime writing access and paid membership terms have the scope described on the community page and order. A paid badge expires with its term.

Do not send another payment to correct a late, mismatched or uncredited transfer. Keep the order and transaction receipt and request manual review through your account or info@axiomriskgroup.com. Other refund, cancellation and consumer rights required by applicable law remain available. A wrong-chain, wrong-token or unrelated transfer may be unrecoverable; a support report is not confirmation of payment or a promise of recovery.

Content, software and third-party rights

Original editorial work, artwork, software and brand material may be protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable rights. Reading the service does not grant permission to repackage protected original content or present our products or brands as your own. Separate licenses, attributed source licenses, open-source permissions and rights permitted by law continue to apply. Third-party names, tokens, project logos, market feeds, research and quoted sources remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

User submissions and independently sourced material are not automatically owned by Axiom Risk Group LLC. Attribution is not a substitute for permission where permission is required. The intellectual property notice explains how to request permission or report a concern.

Research, markets and AI

The service provides educational and informational material. It does not execute investments for you or provide personalized financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Market quotes can be stale, incomplete or incorrect. AI-assisted answers can make mistakes and should be checked against the cited source. Editorial assessments, contributor badges and paid publishing are different signals; none guarantees safety, returns, regulatory status or authenticity of every claim. Read the market and AI disclaimer before relying on the material.

Availability and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, complete data or error-free answers. Features, sources and published content may change. We do not guarantee recovery of blockchain transactions or outcomes from relying on third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, Axiom Risk Group LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from service use, market decisions or third-party failures. These terms do not exclude liability, statutory guarantees or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. An expressly agreed written service contract may provide additional commitments.

Updated terms will be dated on this page. Material changes affecting an existing paid order should be communicated through the applicable service or directly where appropriate; mandatory legal rights and existing order commitments remain in force.
