Đọc bản gốc tiếng Anh →EIP-7702 introduces authorization tuples that can cause an account to store a delegation indicator pointing to another address's code. When the account executes code under the specified rules, it uses the delegated implementation. The final specification describes persistent account code delegation, not code that is automatically removed at the end of one transaction. A later valid authorization can change or clear the delegation according to the protocol's rules.
The mechanism can support batching, sponsored transactions, and more limited permissions when suitable wallet code implements those features. For example, an application might combine an approval and an action into one user workflow instead of presenting two separate transactions. EIP-7702 provides the protocol capability; it does not prescribe one universal wallet policy or guarantee that every delegate implements spending limits correctly. Pectra's activation made the capability available, while application support remains a separate question.
Authorizing code to operate in an account's context is a meaningful permission. The specification discusses issues including initialization, storage, and sponsored transaction handling. Users and integrators need to identify the delegate, understand its upgrade and control model, and distinguish clearing delegation from revoking unrelated token allowances. A transaction with no obvious asset transfer can still change future account behavior. Descriptions should therefore avoid equating the feature with a harmless temporary convenience or assuming it removes all risks of key-based accounts.
