Each user holds funds in their own Squads smart account; automated policies route idle USDC into Kamino Lend under on-chain constraints, without giving up keys or final authority on material actions. The stack is open source, launched and governed through MetaDAO futarchy, with a DAO multisig treasury and protocol fees returned on-chain.
